You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photo/video evidence. A decision will be made after the claim has been reviewed. Claims for installed or used products are not accepted.

Partzona.com currently offers two delivery methods: Express delivery and Standard delivery.
Express delivery – a faster delivery method.
Standard delivery – a delivery method that does not require a customs declaration. You simply place your order and pick up the package from your selected location.
Express delivery is the faster delivery method. With this method, once the product arrives at our China warehouse you need to submit a customs declaration, and orders are usually delivered within 7–12 days. You pick up your order from your selected delivery point.
Standard delivery does not require a customs declaration and is especially suitable for bulk orders. Orders are usually delivered within 30–35 days, and you pick up your order from your selected delivery point.

Based on your request, our team will search for the product on the Chinese market, prepare suitable options and pricing information, and get back to you.
