Terms and Conditions

This document is an official agreement regulating the mutual relations between Partzona.com (hereinafter "Partzona") and the natural or legal person using Partzona (hereinafter "User"). By using Partzona or placing an order, the User unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Partzona.com is an intermediary e-commerce platform that organizes the selection, ordering, and delivery of automotive spare parts from suppliers in the People's Republic of China to Azerbaijan.

1.2. The Portal utilizes the technical capabilities of third-party partners during the provision of services.

2. Order and Product Information

2.1. Product descriptions and images displayed on Partzona are provided by the manufacturers. Partzona is not responsible for minor differences in product color or packaging that may arise due to technical reasons.

2.2. It is the User’s responsibility to verify the compatibility of the spare part with the vehicle's make, model, and VIN code. Partzona is not liable for damages resulting from incorrectly selected parts.

2.3. Since the cross-border shopping process begins the moment an order is placed, cancellation is only possible until the supplier hands the product over to the courier.

3. Pricing and Payment Policy

3.1. The prices listed on Partzona include the cost of the product. International logistics costs and customs duties defined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (if the limit is exceeded) are paid by the User.

3.2. Payments are only accepted through the official methods provided on the Portal (card or balance). All transactions are protected by encrypted security protocols.

4. Delivery and Customs Regulations

4.1. Products are shipped directly from the warehouse in China. The standard delivery time is 28–30 business days. However, the Portal bears no compensation liability for delays caused by international courier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Partzona.com is an intermediary platform, not the manufacturer of the spare parts. Product installation must be carried out at professional service centers. Partzona is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from non-professional installation.

5.2. Partzona bears no legal responsibility for any material or moral damage caused to third parties by the customer's use of the spare part.

6. Returns and Reclamation

6.1. The return and refund process is regulated by Partzona’s "Return Policy" document.

6.2. In the event of a factory defect or the delivery of an incorrect product, the User must apply with photo/video evidence within 7 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The "Partzona" brand, logo, design elements, and software code featured on the Portal are objects of intellectual property. Unauthorized copying or use of these for commercial purposes is prohibited by law.

8. Amendments and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Partzona reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective the moment they are published on the website.

8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations based on the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the relevant judicial authorities.
