How to Order on Partzona.com

Ordering spare parts directly from China to your doorstep is now easier than ever. You can complete your order by following these simple steps:

1. Register
To shop on our website, you must first create a personal account. Go to the registration section, fill in the required information — Full Name, PIN/FIN code, Phone Number, Email, etc. — and verify your account.

2. Find Your Product
There are several ways to find the spare part you are looking for:

• Enter the product name in the search bar.
• Upload a photo of the product for visual search.
• Browse the “Brands” section to select parts according to your vehicle’s make.

3. Add to Cart
Once you have found the product you need, click the “Add to Cart” button. Then proceed to your cart page to formalize your order.

4. Choose Delivery Speed
On the cart page, you will be offered two different delivery options:

Express Delivery — 7–12 days
This is the fastest shipping method. With this option, the delivery fee will be calculated according to Expargo’s rates once your package reaches our overseas warehouse.
Note: If you choose this option, you must declare your package in the Smart Customs application.

Standard Delivery — 30–35 days
This is a more budget-friendly delivery option. With this method, the delivery fee is paid upfront together with the product price at the time of ordering.

5. Select Pickup Location
Choose where you would like to pick up your order. You can easily select the most convenient pickup point for you on the interactive map.

6. Payment and Order Confirmation
At the bottom of the page, review and accept the User Agreement, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Then click the “Proceed to Payment” button to complete the payment.

Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and sent for processing.
