As Partzona, we offer fast and secure delivery services for your orders from China to Azerbaijan. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and without any issues.

Delivery Types:

Partzona.com offers its customers an affordable and fast delivery option from China to Azerbaijan.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Two types of delivery methods are available: Express and Standard delivery.

• Express delivery is fast and delivered within 7–12 days.

• With Standard delivery, your orders are delivered to Azerbaijan within 25–28 days. (The stated timeframe is calculated from the day the products arrive at the China warehouse.)

• The timeframe may vary depending on the product category, customs inspections, and logistical load.

• You can track the status of your order through your personal account.

Delivery Rules:

• Products are delivered only to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.

• The integrity of the product is checked upon delivery.

• Partzona.com is responsible for cases of damage or loss of cargo, and the customer’s rights are protected.

Management and Tracking:

• Each order is entered into the system with a unique tracking number.

• Customers can track the current status of their orders from the “My Account” section.

• Customers are notified via SMS or email regarding logistics and customs stages.

Additional Notes:

• An additional delivery fee may apply for large and heavy products. (The customer will be informed about this before the order is dispatched.)
