The brake servo/Brake booster (servo freno) is one of those car components most of us are aware exists, but don't know what is it exactly and what performance it has in the car ？

We simply touched on servos - also known as power brake boosters , it connect to master cylinder, for the simple reason that the two parts are directly joined. The servo sits between the pedal mechanism and the master cylinder. pressing the brake pedal forces a pushrod of brake booster into the sealed master cylinder, which is filled with oil. A pair of pistons displace the oil, with then travels down the brake lines to the brake calipers.
